PM refused to permit Jordanian helicopters to fly Mahmoud Abbas from Ramallah to Damascus

Mahmoud Abbas had to drive from Ramallah to the Allenby Bridge, where he crossed the border to Jordan, and flew from there by Jordanian helicopter to Syria.
