Brooklyn man arrested for funding ISIS operations in Syria and Turkey

Tajik national residing in Brooklyn arrested on charges of conspiring to support the Islamic State (ISIS) by transferring tens of thousands of dollars to ISIS supporters in Turkey and Syria.
