How to Repent from Sins We Enjoyed

I understand that the first step to repentance is regret – that the person regrets having sinned. But let’s say the person really enjoyed his sin. He knows it was the wrong thing to do and understands he should not have sinned to God. But he can’t really say he regrets his sin and wishes it never happened. Is repentance possible in such a case?
