Judaism behind bars: Ukraine’s Prison Rabbi meets Chief Rabbi of Israel Prison Service

Rabbi Yonatan Markovitch, Chief Rabbi of Kyiv and the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine’s Prison System, met with his Israeli counterpart, Chief Prison  Rabbi Eyal Salman, to foster collaboration and discuss halachic issues concerning inmates.
