Mossad to face challenge of preventing attacks abroad by released terrorists

Jerusalem Center for Security and Foreign Affairs warns of the danger posed by those terrorists who are being exiled from Israel rather than released in Judea and Samaria or Gaza as part of the ceasefire deal.
