Negotiations for hostage Elizabeth Tsurkov’s release to begin, sources tell ‘Post’

Tsurkov was kidnapped in March 2023 in Baghdad by Kata’ib Hezbollah, a pro-Iranian Iraqi terrorist organization, and is believed to still be in Iraq.
