Supreme Court rejects A-G’s position, rules PM can interview candidates for ISA chief

Court rules that the PM can interview candidates to lead the Shin Bet, rejecting Attorney-General Baharav-Miara’s argument that these interviews cannot be done now, but keeps order preventing current Shin Bet chief from being dismissed in place.
