UN Special Rapporteur presents report on hostage-taking as torture to Human Rights Council

Dr. Alice Jill Edwards, UN Special Rapporteur on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, presented her report to the Human Rights Council in which she highlighted the Hamas war crimes, hostage-taking, and sexual violence.
