White House announces: Ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon extended to February 18

White House announces that the arrangement between Lebanon and Israel will continue to be in effect until February 18. The original arrangement expired on Sunday, but the IDF remained in Lebanon, due to the fact that the ceasefire has yet to be fully enforced by Lebanon.
