Widow Who Cannot Pay Her Rent

I have an apartment in Jerusalem which I rent to a widow. Lately, she has fallen quite behind in her payments. I don’t want this situation to continue but I do not want to transgress the prohibition of oppressing an orphan or widow (Exodus 22:22). What do you recommend I do?
